Michael desires to leverage his education and experience to serve your property investment needs. With a master’s degree in public administration from Georgia Southern University and nearly 15 years as an urban development manager for the City of Tampa, Florida, Michael has a lot to offer.
In addition to owning Integrity Property Management, Michael is a licensed broker with Carithers Real Estate. And with several certifications from the National Association of Realtors, he can provide expert help with pricing, resorts, second homes, short sales, and foreclosures.
Michael, a Georgia native, and resident of Belton, SC, enjoys fishing, backpacking, photography, and target shooting in the great outdoors. He attends Capstone Church and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Clemson Little Theater, and Emmanuel’s Hammer. He and his wife, Caroline, have three daughters.
