Integrity Property Management offers a full plate of HOA management services. We understand that every HOA has unique needs, so we offer three different service packages.

Comprehensive HOA Management Services

Neighborhood Introduction

We believe that any successful management endeavor starts with building good relationships. Once our engagement begins, we will personally introduce ourselves to the members and begin to forge positive interactions with them.

Assessment Collection

Our software platform, Doorloop®, offers a module specifically designed for homeowner associations, including a member portal that affords property owners the option of paying their assessments online. Of course, owners may also pay via check or certified funds. Our efforts to collect delinquent assessments is largely determined by the community’s governing documents.

Community Standards Compliance

Maintaining the highest level of community standards is essential to increasing property values and enhancing neighborhood aesthetics. We conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance. If needed, we work directly with members to help correct violations.

Vendor Services

Integrity takes a very “hands-on” approach to securing vendor services and overseeing maintenance/repair projects. We work diligently to help ensure that the community receives great service at competitive prices. All vendor invoices are received by Integrity and paid in a timely manner.

Financial Accounting Reporting & Budgeting

Integrity goes to great lengths to ensure financial accountability. We provide monthly financial reports to the Board and work with Clyburn Accounting Services (Greenville) for annual tax filings. We also work closely with the Board to develop the annual operating budget
